#Inbox

The inbox brings together platform messages and requests that require your attention. Use the bell in the top-right corner after signing in to view recent messages. Its badge shows the unread count; select View all to open the full list.

#Review and organize messages

• All shows every message that has not been archived.
• Unread shows messages you have not opened.
• Action required shows requests waiting for your decision.
• Open a message to visit its related resource, or archive it when it is no longer needed.
• Use Mark all as read to clear the unread indicator for your account.

Messages can report project membership changes, billing ownership updates, security notices, external notification delivery, or platform announcements. A message is visible only to its recipient.

#Respond to requests

Requests that require confirmation appear under Action required. Open the details, verify the requester and related project, then accept or reject the request. Luna DevOps asks for confirmation before execution and prevents the same request from being processed more than once.

Transferring project billing ownership is a high-impact action. After you accept, future charges for that project are assigned to your account. Verify the project and requester first, and reject the request if you do not want to take responsibility for its charges. If step-up authentication is enabled, accepting also requires MFA verification. Luna DevOps will not apply a request that has expired or whose project state or permissions have changed.

#Inbox and external notifications

The inbox is for reading and acting on information inside Luna DevOps. Notifications deliver selected platform events to email, webhooks, or collaboration tools. You can use both.
